Study on Occurrence Regularity of Large and Serious Gas Accidents in Domestic Coal Mines from 2012 to 2016

In order to obtain the occurrence regularity of gas accidents in domestic coal mines,from the perspective of accident grade,type,occurrence time and geographical distribution,the cross-coupling statistical analysis of large and serious gas accidents occurred from 2012 to 2016 was conducted.The results show that although the number of serious and especially serious gas accidents is relatively small,the number of deaths caused by them accounted for 65.66% of the total number of deaths;the large and serious gas accidents are mainly the accidents of gas explosion;the number of large and serious gas accidents in July,November and December each year is relatively large;according to the Spearman rank correlation test,it is found that the number of accident deaths is significantly correlated with the month,and the number of accidents is significantly correlated with the quarter;especially in Sichuan,Guizhou,Jilin,Yunnan,Hunan,Chongqing and Heilongjiang,gas accidents and deaths in this seven provinces accounted for 68% and 70.34% respectively of the Country’s gas accidents and deaths.
