Application of Comprehensive Geophysical Prospecting Technology in Working Face under Safe Water Pressure of Aquifer

  • The local pressure zone exists in 8421 working face in No.5 Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group, it is necessary to find out the hidden geological structure and its water content in the pressure zone so as to provide the guarantee for the safe mining of the working face. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and applicable conditions of different geophysical prospecting methods, three kinds of geophysical prospecting methods were selected, including the radio wave penetration method, the mine transient electromagnetic method and the parallel direct current method, with these methods, comprehensive detection was carried out on the local pressure of this working face.Several geophysical exploration prospecting methods were verified and complemented each other, and combined with the analysis of the geological and hydrogeological conditions, three relatively water-rich areas were finally divided. The actual mining verification showed that the geophysical prospecting results agreed with the actual situation.
