Abstract
In order to study the effect of temperature and stress on permeability and damage characteristics of clay rock, based on experimental and theoretical model, strength deformation characteristics, permeability characteristics and damage evolution process of clay rock was studied under different temperature and stress conditions. The results showed that the temperature has an obvious effect on the damage of clay rock, the lower the temperature, the higher the confining pressure, the greater the intensity of the clay rock; under the same confining pressure, the higher the temperature, the stronger the permeability, the permeability decreases with the increase of confining pressure at the same temperature; the permeability coefficient has experienced three stages: from decrease to increase, then a slight drop. The volume change inflection point is the demarcation point of penetration from decrease to increase; the higher the temperature, the smaller the confining pressure, the faster the real damage develops. The three field coupling constitutive model of temperature-seepage-stress was established based on the test, the model can simulate the permeation process of clay rock under different temperature and stress.
