The Numerical Simulation of Hanging Position of Local Ventilator in Driving Face

  • In order to reasonably determine the hanging position of local ventilator in driving face and further improve the efficiency of local ventilation and dust removal of working face,using Fluent numerical simulation method,a roadway was taken as the research object to calculate and analyze.The best distance relation between the ventilator and the driving face was obtained,the best hanging position of the ventilator is 2H/3 on the side of the surrounding rock,at the same time,when a larger diameter ventilator is adopted in the local ventilation system,it is beneficial to discharge the dust and gas generated during tunneling,reduce the occurrence of local circulation wind and vortex stagnation zone,and improve the local ventilation efficiency.
