Dust Generation Characteristics and Technical Measures for Dust Control of Unloading Station in Xiadian Gold Mine

Abstract
Based on the analysis of dust flow movement and dust particle size distribution characteristics during the unloading process in Xiadian Gold Mine unloading station, the induced air volume and impingement pressure were calculated, the dust removal measures and spray parameters of high pressure spray under the impact of dust airflow at the unloading station were put forward. The practice results show that after adopting the high-pressure spray integrated dust-reduction system to control dust, suppress dust, and reduce dust, the average dust-reducing efficiency of the total dust is about 85.0%, the problem of dust pollution in unloading station has been solved, at the same time, the automation of dust removal system is realized, which can provide a reference for other similar unloading stations.
