Environmental Problems and Countermeasures of Legacy Abandoned Mine under the Background of Ecological Civilization Construction

Environmental problems of legacy abandoned mine have become an important factor affecting the normal production,living of the public and ecological safety.This paper expounded the concept and main characteristics of legacy abandoned mines,reviewed and analyzed the progress and problems in environmental governance of abandoned mines in China.The following measures were proposed to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the environmental management of legacy abandoned mines,including a detailed survey and environmental assessment of legacy abandoned mines,improvement of the laws and regulations,clear environmental responsibility,strengthen administrative system and mechanism etc.,so as to provide reference for ecological protection and restoration of mountains,rivers,forests,farmland,lakes and grasslands.
