The Test and Application of Bolt-mesh-anchor Support in Deep Buried Soft Rock Coal Roadway

  • The bolt-mesh-anchor support was designed with the engineering background of deep buried soft rock coal roadway in 3 mining area in a coal mine.Stress, displacement, plastic zone and supporting effect of surrounding rock of roadway were analyzed by FLAC numerical simulation. The results showed that with bolt-mesh-anchor support, the stress value of the roof and floor was from 0 MPa to 16 MPa, the stress value of sides was from 16 MPa to 24 MPa, the peak stress value was 24 MPa; the deformation of the roof and floor and two sides were respectively 110 mm and 31 mm, the plastic zone was basically located in the anchorage area, the overall control effect of roadway surrounding rock is remarkable. The field test results showed that the deformation of the roof and floor and two sides were respectively 117 mm and 54 mm, the overall deformation of surrounding rock was small and the supporting effect was good, the reliability of the support design and the rationality of numerical calculation were verified.
