Design and Study of Control System for Ventilation Air Methane Mixing Device

  • In order to meet the requirement that the economic concentration of the ventilation air methane(VAM)in the regenerative oxidation project should be over 1.0%, the method of mixing the low-concentration methane with VAM was used for improving the concentration of VAM. To counter the stability of the mixed methane and the security of the system, study was carried out on the control system of the mixing device. The mixed methane concentration control scheme of combining the feedforward control and negative feedback control and the emergency response plan for emergency were designed. Then the hardware design and selection of the control system were carried out, and finally the upper and lower computer software of the control system was designed.
