Abstract
The existing dust concentration detection technology adopts the active extraction method, its power consumption is high and the measurement result is easily influenced by the environmental factors. The non-power dust concentration detection technology based on the optical scattering method was designed with a unique optical detection mechanism, and by setting up a 2D wind speed compensation algorithm mode and using the PID adaptive control algorithm of dust concentration, the low power consumption, large range, high precision and high reliability of the dust concentration sensor were achieved. The experimental results showed that the non-power dust concentration detection technology effectively overcame the disadvantages of the existing active extraction dust detection technology and improved the dust concentration detection accuracy.
