Design and Application of the Inter-frame Ejector based on Negative Pressure Induction Technology

Abstract
In view of the characteristics of the dust generated by the moving of hydraulic support, a new inter-frame spray ejector dust removal device was developed based on the technology of negative pressure induction, and through orthogonal test, the performance of this device was measured by combining two indexes of liquid gas ratio and ejector air volume. The results show that under the experimental condition, the nozzle aperture and nozzle diameter are the main influencing factors of the liquid gas ratio, and the influence of spray pressure is not obvious; when nozzle aperture is 1.2 mm, nozzle diameter is 150 mm and spray pressure is 8 MPa, it is the optimal parameter of dust removal device. The field application shows that the dust reduction efficiency of inter-frame spray ejector dust removal device to the non-respirable dust and respirable dust reaches 72.5% and 84.9% respectively, and the effect of dust removal by spray ejector is obvious.
