Research on the Technology of Compound Disaster Control for Inflammable Coal Seam Stope Threatened by Fire Area

  • This paper took the 011203 working face of Wuhushan Coal Mine as engineering project, analyzed the influence of the overlying coal seam fire area, spontaneous combustion in the goaf and gas emission on 011203 working face, built a compound disaster management model and took some integrated management technology such as trending + tendency staggered drilling combined large area to extract coal seam gas, filled the well with loess and liquid nitrogen, high level drilling in return airway, buried pipe drainage in the goaf and pressure equalization ventilation, then it came to the conclusion that the gas volume fraction in the upper corner of the working face does not exceed 0.8%, the gas volume fraction in the return airway does not exceed 0.5%, and the carbon monoxide volume fraction in both the upper corner and the return air is 0. The effect of compound disaster management is remarkable, which ensures the safe production of the fully mechanized working face that near coal seam group threatened by fire area.
