Development and Application Effect of Automatic Air Guide Duct Used in Heading Face of Bailongshan Coal Mine

  • The local ventilator fault in the heading face often causes the gas accumulation and overrun due to ventilation stop. To solve this problem in Bailongshan Mine, an automatic air guide duct used in the heading face was developed through trial and error, relevant test was carried out. The application results showed that the effective air quantity guided by the automatic air guide duct was 72.92% of the normal air quantity supplied by the ventilator, the maximum gas concentration in the test face was 0.06%; the automatic air guide duct can automatically realize the negative pressure air guide, the air quantity guided by it can meet the minimum air supply demand, it improved the safety factor of local ventilation and can prevent the gas accumulation and overrun in the working face due to ventilation stop.
