Research on Tiangu Sealing Material and Sealing Technique for Gas Extraction Borehole

  • In view of the problems such as the sealing effect of gas extraction borehole is poor, gas extraction concentration is low, and the extraction concentration decays rapidly in Guotou Xinji Liuzhuang Coal Mine. The gas extraction effect of Liuzhuang Coal Mine was improved by using Tiangu sealing material with the technology of "sealing two sections and grouting in the middle" instead of polyurethane blowing and sealing technology, the two sealing techniques were compared. The results show that because of its good "effect of fluid-solid", when using Tiangu hole-sealing material with "sealing two sections and grouting in the middle" technique, the average concentration of gas drainage after 24 hours is 40.51%, it is significantly higher than that of polyurethane pulping sealing process, which is 16.14%, the result fully proves that the improved sealing process is better than that of polyurethane blowing and sealing technology.
