Analysis on Detection Technology of Bulk Material Dust Generation andWater-spray Dust Removal

In order to promote the develoment of relevant detection technology in the field of environmental protection, this paper put forward a complete detection technology for industrial dust generation and water-spray dust removal through the systemetical theory analysis, expounded the leading edge detection technologies for the dust generation capacity, dust concentration and particle size as well as the leading edge detection technologies for the detection indicators of water-spray dust removal such as the droplet size, droplet jet velocity, droplet jet distance, droplet jet angle and spray amount, and proposed the suggestions of selecting the detection method or equipment, all of these will help to drive the development of the detection technology in the field of environmental protection.
