Discussion on Heat Distribution Methods after Regenerative Oxidation of Low-concentration Gas

  • Based on the conditions of the low-concentration coal mine methane and the actual load of the cooling, heating and electrical power, a set of technological process for the combined supply of the cooling, heating and electric power with the regenerative oxidation of the low-concentration coal mine methane was designed, for this purpose, a year was divided into four energy supply periods of anti-freezing, heating, high cooling and low cooling, and according to the energy supply characteristics in different period and the utilization principles of the heat energy from low to high grade, overall distribution was made on the steam heat energy and other heat energies after the oxidation of the low-concentration methane, they were used for cooling, heating, bath, power generation and so on. The actual effect of this distribution method after its use was evaluated, and at the same time, the application prospect of this technology was discussed.
