Influencing Mechanism Model of Miners’ Job Burnout and Safety Performance

Abstract
In order to study the relationship between miners’ job burnout,self-efficacy and safety performance,based on the method of structural equation model,a model of miners’ job burnout and safety performance under the regulation of self-efficacy was constructed.Through a questionnaire survey of coal mining enterprises,the effects of job burnout on miners’ safety performance were analyzed from three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and personal accomplishment.The results show that the emotional exhaustion of miners and dehumanization are both positively correlated with unsafe behaviour;personal accomplishment is negative correlated with unsafe behaviour;unsafe behaviour is a partly intervening variable between job burnout and safety performance;self-efficacy plays a moderating role between job burnout and unsafe behaviour.
