Regional Outburst Prevention Measures for Outburst Coal Seams Group Mining Based on Rational Mining Deployment

The coal mining areas in west Guizhou belong to the mining of coal seams group, the unreasonable mining deployment and imbalanced mining-development replacement are the core problems for the safe and efficient production of the mines, and these problems have not been solved effectively. In this paper, the regional outburst prevention measures by the superposition mining influence of the protective seams was established by taking Yushe Mine of Shuicheng Coal Mining Area as an example and through the deep analysis of the coal-seam gas occurrence, the mining of protective seams and the mining-development deployment. Meanwhile, a five-year plan for the the replacement and the designed capacity achievement of the working faces was proposed, this thus provided a feasible technical approach for solving above-mentioned problems, which laid a foundation for the safe and efficient production and sustainable development of the mines.
