Research and Application of Dry-type Dust Removal System for Fully Mechanized Rock Roadway Development in Coal Mine

A dry-type dust removal system with the dry dust collector as the core was developed according to the geological conditions of the rock roadways, the production and transportation modes and the dust generation regularity in fully mechanized rock roadway development in coal mines of Yangquan Coal Industry Group. With this dust removal system, the dus genertaed in the process of fully mechanized rock roadway development was controlled, the dust removal efficiency in the heading face reached 95.0%, the quality of the working environment was greatly improved, and the efficient matching operation of the dry dust collector, the dust control system, the driving system and the transportation system was thus realized.
