Development and Performance Test of Metal Fiber Flame Arrester in Drawer Type

In view of the reality demand that the coal mine gas pipeline need to install dry flame arrester, the metal fiber flame arrester in drawer type was designed after repeated experiments and improvement, it has been tested for water pressure, stress loss, and fire resistance, the test results showed that the flame arrester is well sealed and does not deform after pressure, and achieve effective fire resistance in 15 consecutive fire resistance tests.As the fire resistance performance is good, it can be widely used as dry flame arrester in coal mine gas pipeline.
