Laws and Regulations and Its Improvement on Coal Mine Environmental Protection under the Concept of Green Development

In order to perfect the domestic coal mine environmental protection legislation under the scientific concept of green development,this paper has sorted out the existing relevant laws and regulations through the law retrieval and text analysis research,and find that there are some deficiencies,such as the lag of idea,the difficulty of law enforcement and the neglect of particularity.It is suggested to establish the legislative concept of “green”,formulate the special coal mine environmental protection law and strengthen the corresponding local legislation.
