Design and Analysis of Energy-saving Pneumatic Low-temperature Magnetizd Water Dedusting System

  • In order to reduce the influence of dust concentration and high temperature thermal damage in working face of underground coal mine, an energy-saving and low-temperature magnetized water dedusting system was designed, which taking dust removal as the main part and cooling as the auxiliary. The results show that with the increase of water pressure, the relative precipitation decreases after the first increase, the effect of magnetic induction intensity on dust removal rate also shows a similar trend; when the test water pressure is from 2 MPa to 3 MPa and the magnetic induction intensity reaches 170 mT, the magnetization effect of the system is the best. The system achieves the dual goals of cooling and dust removal in the high-temperature working face of the mine, and the utilization rate of water is greatly improved.
