Study on the Influence of High Lateral Pressure Coefficient near Horizontal Bedding Slip Structure on Outburst Prevention and Pressure Relief Angle

  • In order to determine the influence of high lateral pressure coefficient near horizontal bedding slip structure on the protection zone of the upper protective layer,taking Xiayukou Coal Mine in Hancheng mining area as engineering background,the influence of different lateral pressure coefficients on vertical stress evolution and elastic energy distribution of protected layer was studied.The theoretical analysis shows that high stress gradient is generated on the coal seam direction after the protective layer is mined,and then the protective angle of outburst prevention and pressure relief is reduced;the numerical simulation method is used to obtain that outburst prevention and pressure relief angle of coal seam strike decrease with the increase of lateral pressure coefficient,outburst prevention and pressure relief angle at the top and bottom of the inclined working face are not affected by the lateral pressure coefficient.The research provides the scientific basis for the arrangement of coal mine protected layer and gas control,and it can be used for reference to the determination of protective layer mining range of similar coal mine.
