Abstract
Injecting the dust inhibitor solution is an effective method to solve the dust pollution of the open-pit coal mine working face from the root of dust production. The properties of stratified original rocks differ greatly in the vertical direction and a single type of wetting agent cannot meet the pre-wetting demand of the whole working face. Taking Dananhu No.2 Mine in Xinjiang as the research background, the chemical functional groups of 6 layers of protolith were collected and obtained. Their characteristic on hydrophilicity were analyzed. A total of 15 surfactants including 2 positive, 6 negative, 3 nonionic and 4 amphoteric were selected for monomer optimization experiments to determine the optimal monomer materials. As two main control indexes, surface tension and wetting time were tested. The optimal mass fraction ratio of water injection wetting agent was determined as 0.15% OP, 0.10% KT, 0.15% LAD-40 and 0.10% LAB-35 by the orthogonal test. The results of performance comparison show that the wetting effect of self-developed wetting agents on the six kinds of burnt rock is higher than that of environmental protection type, polymer type, and wetting type. The research findings could effectively solve the practical problem of uneven wetting of stratified original rock and provide technical support for dust control in a open-pit mine working face.
