Pressure relief effect of mining disturbance in the lower protective layer and collaborative control technology of gas and coal spontaneous combustion

  • In order to improve the disaster control level of deep gassy coal seam prone to spontaneous combustion and explore a reasonable collaborative control method of gas and spontaneous combustion under the mining of the lower protective layer, taking the No.18 coal seam of No.12 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Co., Ltd. as the research object, analyze the mobile failure characteristics of the mining disturbance protected layer, and clarify the influence law of the disturbance effect on the coal rock mass and gas seepage of the protected layer.The corresponding collaborative technology of gas control and coal spontaneous combustion control was formulated.The results show that the pressure relief effect of the protected layer is significant under the influence of the mining disturbance of No.18 coal seam.The expansion deformation of coal seam along the vertical direction is greater than 0.300%, and the permeability of coal seam increases and the outburst risk decreases.The three dimensional full coverage gas extraction technology of the working face under the protective layer can effectively solve the problem of gas in the mine, such as horizontal hole, bedding long drilling, high drainge roadway through the layer and buried pipe in goaf.At the same time, combined with ventilation management optimization, forecast, isolation and cooling integrated fire prevention technology, can effectively control the risk of coal seam spontaneous combustion.
