Study on certification & application of environmentally acceptable fire-resistant hydraulic fluids for coal mine

  • In order to promote the certification and application of environmentally acceptable fire-resistant (FR)hydraulic fluids, this study combined with the current application and research development of FR hydraulic fluid in Chinese coal mine, comparatively analyzed the international influential assessment standards of environmentally acceptable FR hydraulic fluid. Related suggestions were put forward such as to implement the whole life-cycle concept of environmentally acceptable FR hydraulic fluid and avoid hazard from source, systematically study the international standards and continuously improve evaluation items and methods, to improve environmental acceptance requirements while well balance the quality and environmental impact.
