Progress of green coal mining technology in China

Green mining is the only way for the sustainable development of coal industry. In order to explore the development trend of green coal mining in China, the development course of green coal mining in China in the past 20 years was reviewed, and the progress of green coal mining technology was systematically summarized. It is proposed that with the development of intelligent and digital technology and the implementation of development requirements such as "carbon peak, carbon neutral", the connotation of green coal mining has been continuously enriched, and has been given a new era definition. It is pointed out that the green mining technology of coal is gradually developing towards the direction of green mining in the whole life cycle, forming a new development mode of intelligent green "fine exploration before mining, effective damage reduction during mining, recovery and improvement after mining". It is believed that China will continue to deepen the empowerment of intelligent and digital technology for green coal mining, and continue to make efforts in reducing the comprehensive cost of green mining technology and improving production efficiency.
