Numerical simulation of gas explosion model in different accumulation range of H-type roadway

Abstract
Aiming at 4 kinds of gas explosion models with different accumulation lengths in H-type roadway, this study uses Fluent software to numerically simulate the phenomenon of gas explosion in roadway.The results show that the propagation law of shock wave in roadway is similar for gas explosion models with different accumulation length, the change trend of pressure at each point in the roadway has nothing to do with the length of gas accumulation, but the pressure is related to the length of gas accumulation.That is, the longer the accumulation length, the greater the overpressure value.By comparing the impulse of each monitoring point in the roadway, it is found that the gas accumulation area and the transmission barrier area, such as the closed end, are more seriously damaged by explosion.
