Research and application of coordinated control technology for surrounding rock stability of gob-side entry driving with narrow coal pillar

Abstract
In order to improve the mining connection capacity of the mine and realize the fine mining of coal resources, and change the current situation of low recovery rate caused by large coal pillars, taking the return airway in 211203 working face of Shicaocun Coal Mine as the engineering background, the advantages and disadvantages of three roadway layout modes were compared and analyzed on the basis of studying the mining pressure developing law of fully mechanized mining face. The collaborative control system of overlying strata was proposed, the collaborative control effect of the constituent elements of the surrounding rock structure system of gob-side entry with narrow coal pillar on overlying strata was analyzed, and the surrounding rock control method of gob-side entry driving was given. The specific optimization methods are as follows: ① to determine the reasonable reserved width of the narrow coal pillar to make the newly excavated roadway in the best stress environment, so as to ensure the stability of the coal pillar; ② drilling pressure relief technology and "three high" anchor rockbolt (anchor cable) support technology are applied to enhance the bearing capacity of roadway surrounding rock. Combined with the existing support experience and specific geological conditions, a specific support scheme for surrounding rock deformation control of mining roadway in 211203 fully mechanized mining face is designed, focusing on the stability of weak parts such as coal pillar triangle area, shoulder socket and bottom corner. The application shows that the effect of on-site support is good and can meet the requirements of roadway use.
