Research on the technology and equipment of airborne spray injection dust removal of coal winning machine

  • When the coal winning machine is used for spray control dust removal on the fully mechanized mining face with mining height of about 3 m, the high-concentration dust migrating along one side of the coal wall is seriously harmful, and the space for installing the electric dust removal fan on the working face is limited. In view of these problems, a dust removal measure using spray injection as power for centralized dust extraction and purification was put forward, and the relationship between spray injection air volume, injection efficiency, nozzle diameter, nozzle length, nozzle opening angle, spray water volume and spray pressure was studied by means of test and analysis. On this basis, an airborne multi-tube combined spray injection dust collector with height of less than 300 mm is developed. The suction air volume and negative pressure can reach more than 200 m3/min and 800 Pa. Combined with the technology of spray control dust reduction of coal winning machine, the dust reduction efficiency of respirable dust at 10 m downwind side of coal winning machine can be increased to more than 90%.
