Abstract
Based on the utilization of coal-based solid waste renewable resources such as coal gangue and fly ash and the optimization of the performance optimization of cemented filling materials, the influence of glass fiber content, length and curing age on the conveying performance and mechanical properties of coal-based solid waste cemented material were studied. The reinforced mechanism of glass fiber was discussed. The experimental results show that: the slump of coal-based solid waste cemented material modified by glass fiber decreases with the increase of fiber length and content, all samples are greater than 200 mm which can meet the requirements of conveying performance. The change law of compressive strength and tensile strength is that with the increase of fiber length, it first increases and then decreases, and it increases with the increase of fiber content. When the glass fiber length is 6 mm and the content is 0.3%, the comprehensive performance of the coal-based solid waste cemented material with the mass fraction of 79% is the best. After hydration reaction of coal-based solid waste cemented material modified by glass fiber, the needle-like and mass-like products produced fill the small cracks in the material and adhere to the fiber surface. It can effectively improve the mechanical properties of materials.
