Abstract
According to the characteristics of open-pit combined mining area, the coordinated development mechanism of coal-water-ecology was systematically analyzed, and 21 indexes from six aspects of three dimensions of coal production, water resources and ecological environment were selected, and an evaluation index system was established. The three main indexes were economic benefit, utilization ratio of water resources and green area. This paper uses game theory to combine AHP method and entropy weight method to get weights, and constructs TOPSIS model and coupling coordination degree model of coordinated development of coal-water-ecology, and takes Antaipo-Anjialing open-pit combined mining area as the research object for example analysis. The results show that the development level of the three dimensions in the study area is improved year by year from 2015 to 2020, and the evaluation value of the comprehensive system increases from 0.36 to 0.65, and its internal coupling also presents a good development trend, increasing from 0.35 to 0.47. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation, which verifies the accuracy and rationality of the model, and has certain guiding significance for coal mining in open-pit combined mining area.
