Research and application of wind control and dust removal technology in rapid anchor excavation working face

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of dust pollution of fast excavation working face, the rapid anchor face excavation along the 22120 headentry in Cuncaota Coal Mine is taken as the research object, this paper establishes a simulation model through FLUENT software, studies and optimizes the matching relationship of air control and air exhaust volume, which is verified in combination with field practical application, and obtains the appropriate matching method and optimal process parameters. The results show that by installing the dust collector on the top of the anchor digging machine, and adopting the matching method of "wall-jet duct + dust curtain" for wind control and dust removal, the dust mass concentration of the anchor excavation working face is significantly reduced. When the extraction air volume of the dust collector is 405 m3/min (the extraction pressure air volume ratio is 0.9), the dust reduction effect of the working face is obvious, and the dust reduction efficiency of respiratory dust is more than 95%, and the working environment of digging anchor face has been greatly improved.
