Research on the whole anchor cable support technology of multi-roadway layout of roadway reuse in coal face

In order to solve the serious problem of surrounding rock deformation caused by mining pressure during the service period of multi-roadway layout of roadway reuse in coal face, based on the engineering background of roadway reuse in Wangpo Coal Industry, the characteristics and influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation and failure of roadway reuse were analyzed through field measurement and numerical simulation, and the control principle of surrounding rock deformation of roadway reuse was expounded. On this basis, the layered combined support technology of long and short cable was proposed, and the industrial test was carried out in 3306 haulage gateway. The results show that the layered combined support technology of long and short anchor cable can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway reuse. Under the mining-induced influence, the maximum movement of the two sides of the roadway is 140 mm, and the maximum subsidence of the roof is 130 mm. Compared with the rock bolt and anchor cable support, the overall deformation of the surrounding rock is reduced by more than 60%. The anchor cablestress is in a reasonable range and tends to be stable, and the supporting effect is good.
