Analysis of influencing factors and prevention technology of coal fines fire in boreholes of coal mine

  • In order to clarify the influencing factors of coal fines fire in boreholes of coal mine and the importance of each factor in fire prevention, combined with two borehole fire accidents in Baoli Pingshan Coal Mine in Shanxi, the analytic hierarchy process was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of coal fines fire in boreholes, determine the weight of each influencing factor in borehole fire prevention. The results show that: the factors such as emergency treatment by construction personnel, standard operation of construction personnel, monitoring and surveillance, drilling construction technology are the key factors to prevent borehole fire. At the same time, based on the priority factors in the analysis results, a series of technical suggestions and treatment measures to prevent coal fines fire in boreholes are put forward, which provides a scientific theoretical basis for prevention and control of coal fines fire in borehole of coal mine, and further promotes safe production in coal mines.
