  • According to the characteristics of production safety and accident emergency rescue of integrated operation integrated energy group, a "systematic, intelligent, sharing, collaborative and safe" intelligent emergency command platform is constructed, which includes nine functions such as emergency guard, emergency resources, emergency plan, information aggregation, research and analysis, coordination and command, decision-making and dispatching, emergency drill and emergency evaluation.The emergency command logic relationship of intelligent emergency command platform is introduced, and the overall architecture and business architecture of the platform system are designed.It can realize the functions of "production scheduling coordination and unification, industrial balance and value discovery, production management early warning and prediction, enterprise operation statistical analysis, emergency rescue preparation and response, digital planning and scheduling, intelligent security monitoring, data standardized governance, panoramic visual display" and so on.By establishing the virtual emergency handling network of point, line and surface of "group headquarters-industrial entity-production unit-operation unit", the intelligent command and dispatch of "integrated centralized control, intelligent and efficient coordination, visual and highly integrated" has been realized.The construction of the National Energy Group production safety accident rescue emergency command system has achieved the effect of "constant communication, visible disposal, resource mobilization and disaster under control".
