Floor heave mechanism and control technology of deep high stress water-rich clay soft rock roadway

  • Aiming at the problem of floor heave in deep soft rock roadway with high stress and rich water, taking the water pump house in the panel area of Hudi Mine as the engineering background, this paper analyzes the deformation characteristics and influencing factors of the water pump house in the panel area, UDEC discrete element simulation software is used to analyze the stress state, displacement mode and damage mode of the surrounding rock during chamber excavation, a new type waterproof anchoring agent FS2350 of rockbolt (anchor cable) suitable for use in water rich environment has been developed, this anchoring agent has good anchoring effect. The results show that:the pump house under high stress and rich water environment presents extrusion fluidity and expansibility floor heave, and the floor heave presents the deformation characteristics of whole region, continuity and chain.The floor bolting and grouting support can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the coal and rock mass, inhibit the shear failure of the floor strata, control the further transfer of the broken zone to the deep, reduce the damage range of floor strata, and improve the stress state of the floor surrounding rock.After bolting and grouting support, the floor support system is in a stable state, and the maximum deformation of the floor is 23 mm after 90 d, which effectively solves the problem of floor heave in deep high stress chamber.
