Abstract
The gas explosion accidents in domestic low-gas coal mines from 2010 to 2019 were statistically analyzed. The occurrence regularity of gas explosion accidents in low-gas coal mines were analyzed from several dimensions, such as ownership, accident place, accident cause, coal mine productivity, occurrence time, accident inducement and accident type. It is found that the coal mine with an annual output of less than 300 thousand tons is prone to gas explosion accidents, and ventilation is the main inducement of the accidents; low-gas coal mines are relatively prone to major accidents. In order to prevent the occurrence of gas accidents in low-gas coal mines, it is necessary to pay more attention to it and remove the dangerous sources from a technical and managerial perspective.
