Abstract
The air inlet temperature of coal mine in winter is too low to meet the requirements of mine ventilation safety. In order to solve this problem, based on the efficient heat transfer performance and isothermal characteristics of heat pipes, the low temperature phase change heat pipe technology was presented in this paper using mine exhaust heat of mine air supply system design. According to the theory of heat balance, the theoretical analysis of the effective utilization of heat in the mine return airflow was carried out, and the minimum ambient temperature that the system can handle was obtained. The results show that under the conditions of mine return airflow temperature of 15℃ and relative humidity of 90%, when the ambient temperature is higher than -17.5℃, the mine supply air can be heated to above 2℃. Compared with the mine return air source heat pump, its 120 d operation cost can save 930 000 yuan, which has better economic benefits. It can provide a reference for system design of shaft antifreeze and mine return air waste heat utilization.
