Study on the hole arrangement of hole release pressure support materials

  • In order to reasonably solve the problem of deep high stress soft rock roadway support, effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and realize long-term stability of the roadway, this paper takes the 020202 track flat roadway in Qingyun Coal Mine as the research object, according to the energy conversion law, the feasibility of hole release pressure support technology for deep high stress soft rock roadway is verified. Employing the methods of theoretical analysis and physical similarity simulation experiment, this article compares the compressive strength and continuous deformation of six different types of hole arrangement of hole release pressure material, and screens out that the best arrangement of materials is the square arrangement. Through numerical simulation and field application comparison between the original support scheme and the square arrangement of hole release pressure support scheme, the results show that:compared with the original support scheme, with the square arrangement of the hole release pressure support scheme, the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway is significantly reduced, and the deformation of the roof and floor and the two sides are decreased by more than 70%. The effect of roadway support is obvious, and the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
