Study on anti-adhesion technology of wet dust collector of sprayer

  • In view of the problem that the cement dust of wet dust collector in ZCS-7/11 sprayer sticking to the filter screen and the wall of ejector device, by means of numerical simulation and experimental verification, numerical simulation of the deposition law of cement dust in the dust collector under different wind speeds was carried out, the optimal dust extraction wind speed was 1.0 m/s, which was verified by experiments. Two rinsing nozzles in different directions were added and retarder sodium gluconate was added to the water to solve the problem of cement dust bonding. The best technical parameters are obtained through experiments:the spray flux of each rinsing nozzle is 2.5 L/min, and the mass fraction of sodium gluconate is 1.0%. Under this condition, the cement dust bonding quality of the filter screen and the lower side of the ejector inlet decreases by 99.5% and 99.3% respectively, and with the passage of time, the cement dust bonding quality does not increase significantly, which effectively solves the problem of cement dust adhesion.
