Design and experimental study of intelligent oxygen respirator

  • In order to solve the problems of lagging technology, low safety and reliability of the traditional mechanical oxygen respirator, an intelligent oxygen respirator was developed based on the development concept of information and intelligent technology in the field of emergency rescue. The oxygen respirator was integrated with power on self-test, operation condition detection and wireless voice communication module. Parameter acquisition sensor and microprocessor were assembled on the oxygen respirator to realize the real-time monitoring of the parameters of respirator index and rescue environment; the collected information was intelligently analyzed to realize threshold detection and early warning; the short-distance wireless voice communication technology was used to realize the voice communication among team members. Through the human breathing test, the voice communication performance test of underground explosion test tunnel in Qingshuixi and the wearing test of human rescue team, the results show that the protective performance of the intelligent oxygen respirator meets the requirements of MT 867-2000 standard; all functions such as the power on self-test and operation condition detection system run normally, meeting the design requirements; the wireless voice communication realizes 6-person dual communication and visual voice communication distance is more than 100 m.
