Abstract
In order to study the effect of high pressure water jet drilling-cutting integration technology on the pressure relief and erosion prevention of coal seam roadway, based on the engineering geological conditions of 2502 mining area of Yanbei Coal Mine in Huating, Gansu, the influence of mining disturbance on 250203 transportation roadway adjacent to 250204 working face was studied by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field industrial test. The results show that the high concentration of static load in the coal will be transferred and released after the high pressure water jet drilling of the roadway side coal, and a certain range of "weak structure" area will be formed; the existence of "weak structure" zone in roadway side can effectively reduce the instantaneous instability and impact damage of coal in the side and floor of the roadway under the action of dynamic and static load superposition. The monitoring results of SOS microseismic system show that no high-energy microseismic events (E≥103 J) occur in the two sides and floor of the 250203 transportation roadway under the influence of the mining disturbance near the 250204 working face after the implementation of high pressure water jet drilling measures. The research results provide theoretical basis and guiding significance for the prevention and control of rock burst in roadway under the action of dynamic and static load superposition.
