Study on the characteristics of lateral mining stress field in full mechanized working face with large mining height in deep mine

  • In order to master the characteristics of lateral mining stress field in fully mechanized working face with large mining height in western deep mine, the field test of borehole stress monitoring technology was carried out combining with microseismic monitoring technology of underground and ground mine, and the lateral mining stress characteristics of 6 m mining height working face with deep weak consolidated roof were measured. The results show that the influence distance of the lateral mining stress field of deep fully mechanized working face with large mining height is large, its evolution characteristics are divided into "three zones", "two zones" and "one zone" according to the lateral distance, the critical lateral distance is 16 m and 95 m respectively, and the maximum stress concentration coefficient is 6.15. Based on the analysis of the plane locations of large energy microseismic events above power level 3 in full mechanized working face with 6 m mining height, as well as the energy and frequency of regional characteristics of microseismic events, the correctness of the measured results of the lateral stress field is verified. The research results can provide a basis for the coal pillar retention and the scour prevention in the reasonable section of the working face with large mining height in the western deep mine.
