Application status and prospect of device for mixing and configuring gases based on industrial utilization of coal mine gas

  • In order to make full use of the gas mixing technology in the industrial utilization of coal mine gas, this paper analyzes the principle, advantages and disadvantages of the existing gas mixing technology in coal mine, and makes an objective comparison of the existing gas mixing technology based on different dimensions. The analysis results show that the dynamic continuous gas mixing device is suitable for gas distribution in the industrial utilization of coal mine gas, which can meet the requirements of the utilization end and has good adaptability to the fluctuation of CH4 concentration and flow, it is characterized by high uniformity of mixed air, low resistance loss and fast distribution speed. It can provide reference for choosing suitable gas mixing device for the industrial utilization of coal mine gas.
