Study on reinforcement technology of roadway under mining condition of medium and short distance underlying working face

  • Affected by the mining of the underlying medium and short distance working face, the existing system roadway in the upper part of the working face is within the influence range of overburden caving and separation in the goaf, the support object of the roadway has changed significantly, and the deformation control of the surrounding rock is very difficult. Taking the second level south roadway of Zhuzhuang Coal Mine in Huaibei mining area as the engineering background, by means of similar simulation, the characteristics of overburden migration and collapse of roof in goaf in the underlying working face, as well as the space-time law between roof movement and roadway deformation and failure were studied. On this basis, the technology of U-shaped shed prereinforcement before mining and grouting surrounding rock reconstruction after mining was put forward. The engineering application results show that the roadway has successfully withstand the mining influence of the underlying working face and meet the normal use requirements of the system roadway under mining conditions.
