Abstract
In order to manage the unsafe behaviors of miners and improve the safety management level of coal mining enterprises, based on social exchange theory and social cognition theory, a cross-level model of collective psychological capital influence on individual unsafe behavior was constructed. Taking 81 production teams from 4 coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province as samples, the multilevel linear analysis was conducted for empirical research. The result shows that collective psychological capital has a significant negative effect on the individual unsafe behavior; collective psychological capital has a positive effect on the individual psychological capital, and individual psychological capital partly mediates the relationship between collective psychological capital and individual unsafe behavior; group trust regulates the negative relationship between group psychological capital and individual unsafe behavior across levels, that is, the higher the group trust, the stronger the negative relationship between group psychological capital and individual unsafe behavior.
