Distributed energy micronetwork intelligent control system in coal mine

  • In order to replace or reduce the consumption of external electric energy and reduce the energy consumption of the entire coal mine, a distributed energy intelligent control system is established in the coal mine. This paper introduces the structure and intelligent control principle of the system, the data analysis system is used to collect the historical data of warming, heating, refrigeration and electric power of the coal mine energy-end wind shaft with the change of environmental temperature to form a big data system. According to the changing trend of historical data, predict the trend of various energy consumption loads, and then reasonably match the corresponding energy supply mode according to the supply capacity of the energy supply end. The data analysis system sends control instructions to the control system, using coal mine gas as the primary energy source, while geothermal energy, solar energy, and wind energy are used as auxiliary primary energy source; it rationally distributes thermal energy and electrical energy, and makes full use of coal gas to generate heat and electricity. The results of field practice show that the application of this system can realize the joint supply of cold, heat and electricity for coal mine, and finally realize the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
