Research on mining low speed remote monitoring communication platform based on SX1278

  • In view of the problems of complex networking, poor resistance to damage and short communication distance of mine monitoring system, a communication platform of low-speed remote monitoring and control is designed.This communication platform adopts the design concept of low power consumption, based on the low-power processors of STM32F103ZET (MCU) and SX1278, through the low-power optimization design of system control software, the collected perception information is controlled, managed and communicated.Private communication protocols above MAC layer are designed to solve the problem of wireless channel conflict and collision avoidance, realize two-way effective communication between terminals and base stations,and build a reliable and practical long-distance and low-speed communication platform.The test results show that the communication platform is stable and reliable, and can achieve a distance of at least 2 km in complex environment, which is suitable for low-speed communication in remote network in complex mining environment.
