辱虐管理对矿工安全偏离行为的影响机制研究

Research on influence mechanism of abusive supervision on safety deviation behavior of miners

  • 摘要: 为了探究辱虐管理对矿工安全偏离行为的影响机制,引入组织公平感作为中介变量,利用山西省煤矿企业的224份有效问卷数据,构建影响关系理论模型,分析辱虐管理、组织公平感与矿工安全偏离行为的影响关系。结果表明:辱虐管理与组织公平感的程序公平、互动公平及分配公平均显著负相关;辱虐管理显著正向影响矿工安全偏离行为;组织公平感各维度均显著负向影响矿工安全偏离行为;组织公平感在辱虐管理与矿工安全偏离行为的影响关系中起中介作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the relationship between abusive supervision and safety deviation behavior of miners organizational justice was introduced as an intermediary variable.Based on 224 valid questionnaires collected from coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province, a theoretical model of influence relationship was established to analyze the influencing mechanism of abusive supervision, organizational justice and miners' safety deviation behavior.The results show that abusive supervision is negatively correlated with procedural fairness, interactive fairness and distribution fairness of organizational justice; abusive supervision has a significant positive impact on miners' safety deviation behavior; all dimensions of organizational justice significantly negatively affect miners' safety deviation behavior; organizational justice plays a mediating role in the relationship between abusive supervision and miners' safety deviation behavior.
