Abstract:
In order to explore the relationship between abusive supervision and safety deviation behavior of miners organizational justice was introduced as an intermediary variable.Based on 224 valid questionnaires collected from coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province, a theoretical model of influence relationship was established to analyze the influencing mechanism of abusive supervision, organizational justice and miners' safety deviation behavior.The results show that abusive supervision is negatively correlated with procedural fairness, interactive fairness and distribution fairness of organizational justice; abusive supervision has a significant positive impact on miners' safety deviation behavior; all dimensions of organizational justice significantly negatively affect miners' safety deviation behavior; organizational justice plays a mediating role in the relationship between abusive supervision and miners' safety deviation behavior.
