Research and Application of Online Monitoring Technology for Mine Ventilation Network

  • In order to solve the problem that the ventilation system management in domestic coal mines has a long manual detection cycle and a small monitoring coverage of sensor points, which makes it difficult to master the running status of the ventilation system globally. Combined with real-time monitoring data of sensors based on optimal arrangement of ventilation network, the online monitoring system of the mine ventilation was developed by using the dynamic network algorithm. The network algorithm and monitoring results were presented in an intuitive three-dimensional way to realize online real-time monitoring of the monitoring effectiveness of the ventilation system and the potential ventilation risks, the technology was applied in the field of Yanghe Coal Industry. The results show that the air volume error is less than 5%, and the system graphics and dynamic algorithm are displayed in 3d, which greatly improves the personnel control over the running state of the ventilation system. It can provide scientific basis and advanced technology reference for mine ventilation management and safety production.
